I like the idea of Samuelsson and dahlin together more if dahlin goes to RHD.

Whitecloud is good, don’t know if he’s good in the sense to take Dads (who was packaged with a second to take off their hands). Basically valuing him at a late first, middle second, and a promising young d. Target Korczak for taking Dads off their hands and add maybe a mid round pick.

I looked up Whitecloud, actually really nice underlying numbers there, and right handed

So the point of this trade would be at the Draft, trading down 15 picks but gaining 2,500,000 million in cap for next year, Zach Whitecloud who is 25 with 6 years left. We also trade away Bjork, no value, and Laaksonen who is a good young RD who could replace Whitecloud for Vegas.

Vegas would rather throw you a pick or a prospect than Whitecloud, I'd think. They're absolutely mired in cap hell the next few seasons, and having a guy that's shown he can give them 20 good minutes a night for under $3M AAV is too valuable to move, even if they also get to drop Dadonov's contract.
