Yeah Flames would be crazy to do that. Matthew is 6 years younger, shouldn't be an UFA after next season, is also more productive, hasn't been injury prone and brings much more to the table than offense.
Sens wouldn't do the Binnington-Murray trade too. Jordan has 5 years left making an average salary of 6.4. Murray has 2 years also making a high salary but it's very very likely that he just ends up on LTIR. He has had like 6 concussions/head injuries so far and if I'm not mistaken 3 this season alone. It's getting too dangerous for him to play in the NHL and I'm thinking that soon, doctors won't clear him for contact anymore
Unless they'd think Binnington was the long-term solution in net and would be ok to have him as one of the most expensive goalies (aka, Dorion usual incompetence), it won't happen.
