PHI declines.

The 3rd sounds good, but the other pieces really have no/limited value. Dermott is a 3rd pairing/7th who doesn;t clear crease/produce pts and is ultimately replaceable and Seney adds zero. Brassard is worth a 3rd and Braun as a RD, playing PK is worth a 3rd at least.

VAN declines. Anderson has shown that he isn;t a top 9 NHL caliber forward, and Holtby has more value than that

Pretty bad trades for the Leafs. Trading five regulars and Robertson who is now on the team, for players who would help the Leafs just marginally in at all. Them the Leafs give up all those futures
