But yeah, I can imagine what that's like. I forgot to add Colin Miller to the list. Sabres fans keep sending him to us and he also doesn't hold a candle to Ruhwedel. Yeah, he puts up some decent points, but he's trash at everything else.

I used to be gergeswillems. But Ek didn't like me making fun of him all the time and I was frequently suspended. I also caused Garf to have a nervous breakdown. Good times. 👍

Right? Like, I get they are exploring all options, but why would they even interview the guy. Maybe it was to get a better idea of what not to look for. lol.

And, meh... Feel for the fans, sure... I guess. But the organization itself is getting what it deserves, regardless of no one being left in the front office from that era (aside from Rocky Wirtz, of course. But I heard, contrary to his outburst at the town hall thing, he is taking a backseat on the operations of this team).

100% agree with you.

Ruh has quietly put together a great season for a 3rd pair guy. He has also done it while taking 1-2 penalties all year. So he does his job, and never puts the team in a bad position on the PK, all for 800K.

I still believe the path forward is moving one of our #3-5 dmen in the offseason. Glad we got Ruhwedal locked up.
