PHI might take "free on waivers" Ritchie, but for more than Pontus Holmberg, (a 22 yr old 6th round draft pick), who's value is probably a mid 4th rounder at best, but more likely never comes to North America.

Moving Ritchie is probably a 3rd rounder, especially as its likely to be low round.

dermott's a 6-7D, mayfield can play in the top four. a third and a sixth don't move the needle at all. not to mention his deal is cheap cheap. he's physical and a RD with another year of term on said cheap deal which are all things GMs absolutely love, i see no reason why they should move him this year without getting a first in return.
