The difference between Boeser and TK is not wide enough for us to be paying Myers 6 million a year.

I think it is, because Myers is playing very well this season. Not well enough to be living up to his contracts value, but well enough that he arguably has some trade value. I'm being generous and offering up Boeser to take on Myers in exchange for Konecny. Myers reputation is way overblown around the league

Yes and my point is that, as a Flyers fan, there is no way that I'm taking on Myers without real assets coming with him. Boeser and TK are comparable - we can argue who should get an extra piece and why, but adding Myers to the trade greatly skews the value in your favor.
