Buy out Ritchie
Buy out Mrazek

Sign all own RFAs except Engvall - bottom 6 is solid without him - bye bye!
Sign all own URFAs except Mikheyev (see Engvall) and Hutchinson - no need for either one.
Promote Amirov to the 2nd line of the main roster - sink or swim time!
Sign a UFA 4th liner to a sub $1m contract or promote the Marlie center who has the best chemistry with Spezza and Simmonds

yes... Campbell, Sandin and Liljjegren need to take short term deals for lesser money - but - if you wanna be a Leaf - you gotta do it - spend the next 1 or 2 years proving you are worth double the contract! Then you get paid when the cap goes up and there is room for your deserved raise. Besides! in 2 years Matthews will be a URFA and playing in ARZ and Nylander will be gone as a URFA to the highest bidder... so there will be LOTS of cap space come that time! :)

Campbell will make 5x5, Sandin will make 3x4, and Liligren will make 1.5x3. Thats the way I see it

Mrazek and Ritchie are very tradable contracts at season's end. No need to buy them out and have 1.3 dead cap
