The NYR, COL, and NYI trades are brutal for those teams. Rangers aren’t trading. Even if COL wanted either Price or Drouin(they don’t) they aren’t adding $5M in cap which makes them WAY over the cap, aren’t trading a roster dman with Byram and Murray already out, and Dvorak isn’t remotely close in value to Beauv.

I agree eith pretty much everything though Chiarot will return a first, especially at 50% retained. Savars got dealt for a 1st and 3rd last year and theyre really similar. if anything Chiarot is better

Laffy is on a 23pts pace right now. at the same age suzki got 41 plus hes a center so more value and is good defensively. some of those trades are unrealistic, thats what it said. I know price beau laffy and drou are unlikely to get move but suzuki, 2 1st and caufield for only lafreniere is absolutely horrible. 2 1st knowing montreal sucks is already WAY too much

drouin is nit bad. hes on a 55 point pace on a crappy team playing with crappy players. recently, Laurent Dauphin has been on his lines. that dude is an ok ahler at best.

And? The Isles as a team are sucking eggs, Trotz is sending a message ok. Doesn’t change the fact Dvorak is a 3C no matter how hard MTL tries to prove he isn’t, in fact he is a middle of the road 3C who is a significant down grade from Danault. But you tell yourself that because Beauv has been sat the trade is fair, and that Drouin doesn’t have major warts, and somehow the Rangers are going to trade the top pick from a year ago a kid that is still a teenager for a bag of spare parts, or that Price has some sort of trade value when he doesn’t. Like your title totally unrealistic. Compelling trades are trades the other teams would want to do, honestly being 100% honest would you do that trade if you were the Isles? I bet not.
