C+ prospects what you smoking? yall overrate rathbone so much him and vaak are literally in the exact same spot in their careers except boston's defence is good and that is why vaak can't get a spot and canucks defence is bad. studnicka is also really good and has 2c potential he looked good in his nhl games this year but just needs some more refining on the offence. vaak is a solid defensive dman doesn't put up points which is obviously why you call him a C tier prospect

debrusk has more value then strome removed 2nd change to 3rd. debrusk has had multiple teams interested in him and strome can't even get chicago a mid rd pick in return soo

it is so funny how often i see this comment. okay lets be real no playoff team is gonna give up their 2nd best defenceman to fix another position of need that is just stupid, especially with how much a commodity RHD are and when center is the deepest position in the league maybe 2nd to LHD.

Also i guarantee you if nucks had carlo and bruins had miller and we offered you that trade miller for carlo 99 times out of a 100 you guys were say HELL NO or Vancouver blocks bostons number or why would we give up a top dman when we are trying to compete etc etc. either way move on from carlo bruins aren't moving him especially at the steal of a contract we have him on.

Like i saw one nucks fan say vaak was bad because he doesn't put up lots of points but vaak isn't and offensive dman his scouting report literally says vaak won't be the best fantasy choice but he is very solid in his own zone, not the most physical but is a smart dman with a good stick and has no problem giving up his body to block a shot. literally proved right there that, that he had no clue what he was talking about which made me laugh so hard. everyone is biased towards there own prospects but studnicka and vaak both hold a good amount of potential especially for a team that looks to be going into a rebuild and will be more open to giving roster spots to young players

that is so funny because i just saw a san jose acgm where they guy offered simek, weisblatt and a 1st for konecy. talk about a rough trade. a 24 yr old star for a 7th dman on a playoff team, weisblatt who can't even produce ppg in the WHL lol( B+ tier prospect at best) and a 1st which will be late if san jose was to go all in. goes both ways buddy

Dude every boston fan does this trade. I can tell you took offense to this and I am sure it hurt but every single time a Boston ACGM comes around it's Urho, Debrusk, 1st, Studnicka for a top six elite talent in their prime. The truth hurts.

so you are telling me a 25yr winger with 20+ goal potential given better minutes, a potential 2c/3c 22 yr old and 22 yr old dman who has potential to maybe play top 4 plus a 1st isn't good enough for a player like miller?
