Sabres aren't trading for DeBrusk unless it's pennies on the dollar.

Sens deal is good for Buffalo but OTT doesn't need Butcher. He's pretty bad. I'm fairly confident Tierney can be flipped for picks.

Hinostroza goes for at least a 4th.

Stars are trying to trade Khudobin because they currently have 3 NHL caliber goalies with a 4th (Bishop) likely to come off of LTIR at some point this season. It would be pointless for Dallas to trade for another goalie. Keep Dell and swap the 4th with a 6th/7th Round Pick

I mean I don't think you're getting 2 picks for him. You can take dell out but he adds no value. I do think khudobin is a bounce back candidate though and Buffalo hasn't been playing as poor as their record shows, most of that is on the current goaltending

Disagree about debrusk. He would be a great add. This may be a bit much but even if it was something less like a 3rd and Pekar they should still take it.

Pekar isn't being moved. They could benefit form his pest-like attributes.

DeBrusk hasn't been good. No room for him either. Look at this lineup:

Murray is absolutely horrible. Ottawa would need to add picks for anyone to take him.

DeBrusk is fine, but not worth giving up a 2nd for. He's not worth his QO. I wouldn't even give up Pekar for him.

Vinnie has 11 points in 24 games. That's worth more than a 6th from Tampa with retention.

IMO if you can get DeBrusk for a good deal and you don't think you can re sign Olofsson - trade Vic and pur DeBrusk in his spot. Olofsson could get a haul and he likely isn't sticking around after next season

He isn’t asking for a second pick. He’s saying just do Dobby for a fifth or sixth round pick. Put Dell on waivers. We don’t have room to take a goalie back

Olofsson is getting re-signed long term for sure. DeBrusk isn't a comparable. I don't mind acquiring him but most I'd give is a player/prospect + 3rd.

Perhaps I could have stated it better, but Slevin is correct. Give them a 6th or a 7th and Dallas accepts.
