The only way i really see the habs doing this is if Monahan is then moved. If your trading toffoli and dvorak thats a rebuild

Actually I like the thought of the trade for both teams. Why wouldn't the Habs be thinking of a rebuild? Current lineup ain't working.

Thats why i said there needed to be a monahan trade. And the trade needs to be a good return for the habs to consider.

Toffoli alone is worth pretty close to dube and the 1st

The rest of the picks cancel themselves out.

So its monahan for dvorak. Unless Monahan can bring back something substancial it doesnt make sense because Dvorak has term at a reasonable cap hit

From a Habs perspective, I'd do this in a heartbeat.
