Oiler trade: (NOT SURE ABOUT EDM CAP, BUT WILL WORK WITH THEM TO GET THEM)
Chariot will help solify that Dcore. They have a pretty good Dcore already (Nurse, Barrie, Keith, Bouchard, Ceci)....could use Chariot to round out that 6 nicely. especially if they want to go deep in playoffs and I think they have a good make up to do that.

Drouin: a solid addition to any top 6. could benefit from having to not think he has to do it all, but rather just put pucks into areas for Drai and McD to skate into...which he can do. regular 40-50 point guy.

Boston:
Debrusk wants out and Lekh can give them a good top 9 winger that plays 200 feet. kind of what I think most Boston wingers play like already.

REST OF THE TEAM:
Savard - Stuck with him unfortantly
Petry - will turn it around
Romanov - Lets not kill this kid
Wideman/Niku - No Comment...
Edmundson - hopefully him back with Petry helps Petry can back to his norm.

Toffolli - ride it out. he should regress back to his norm. 20 goals
Suzuki - has been not surprisingly fine
Caufield - just keep on playing him and hopefully he comes back around
Dvorak - woof.
Anderson - be meh, zero creativity with this guy..which is fine.
Armia - not looking good, overpayment for what he is(imo)
Gallagher - Where are you bud? you are logically suppose to be the captain when it comes time...no?
Poehling - starting to come on. looks more of an NHL player then a year ago(oxymoron, i know)
Debrusk - No idea what he will be. is either good or bad. if the trade costs you a second instead of a 3rd..im fine with that.
Byron - Not sure what to do with him when he is back. I love his speed and Pk...but not at that price. I think there is still value in him though.

UNFORTANTLY(Or Fortunately) this is the team for the long haul. Which could be a good thing for the rebuild that needs to happen. If I was in charge, I'm looking for as many first rounders as possible in next years draft, not this year.
