It's a lot to give up but honestly I'd do it. Those 2 are great top 6 forwards and this team would be insanely good.

With that retention, I think the offer is weak.

Ritchie and Dermott dont have great value, which leaves 2 prospects and 2 1sts = I think each player WITHOUT retention gets a prospect and a 1st at least.

So its ritchie and dermott for TWO years of Miller retention of 2.5mil and 1 yr of Boeser at 2.9mil?

I think the offer is light.

If VAN is moving those guys in a rebuild, I cant see them wanting ritchie (solid bottom 6 forward, slightly overpaid) and dermott (third pairing tweener defender (not a productive producer or a crease clearer) who barely plays 14 mins a night. Especially since dermott is a RFA, and it probably cost them 4.5mil next season just to retain two guys who are bottom six/3rd pairing guys?

They'd get better offers.
