Ducks decline as Murray is injury prone, shadow of his former self and way overpaid. You would have to play the 2 2nds just to get a team to consider taking on Murray, that being said the 2 other pieces are not enough to get Gibson.

Sens don't need Gibson and give 4 good assets just to have a healthier goalie. Gibson might be better but not as much as people will try to paint it. Healthy and in front of a NHL defense, Murray is very good himself (0.949 SV% in his last 7 games). But it doesn't really matter anyway as :

It looks a bit like 2012 with Anderson, Bishop and Lehner... at the exception that Anderson wasn't injury prone like Murray is

I like Nemec but god I hope we don’t draft him, we’ve used far too many 1sts on defensemen and could really use a little more elite talent up front (I love Tkachuk-Norris-Batherson but I feel like Stutzle will be a tier above them and we need a guy to play with him, making that our second line long term).

Why not? Because I don't think that Anaheim is going to trade Gibson without getting a 2022 first plus at least one really good young roster player (like Batherson) or a really good A prospect (like Bernard-Docker or Brannstrom or Thomson). The real issue is what value Gibson's 6-year term, ending when he's about to turn 34, is worth.

John Gibson isn't going anywhere in a trade that doesn't contain multiple first round picks... plus at least two high end prospects. Likely more than that if they're taking Murray's contract back.

See, he knows Gibby is worth a lot more!
