Just because he joined in July of 2021 doesn't mean he's a bandwagon. Not every hockey fan is on CapFriendly. Am I a Ducks bandwagon because I joined the site in 2021? (Obviously there aren't any Ducks bandwagon fans right now.) And it wasn't cheating. It's the rules that shouldn't be that way, but the Lightning didn't cheat.

Rutta isn't a big shiny name, but neither was Methot until he was playing with Karlsson.

Bolts blueline is fantastic. It's the last thing I would be messing with...... unless it's for a vet 7th D.
