what does cody glass have anything to do with this? He Doesnt impact the Preds getting no return on retaining 1.5m for 5 more years.
They can trade him, that is not out of the question, but he still has value.....we have learned this offseason there is no contract that isnt tradable. Duchene has value especially for a team looking for a C.

I think they (preds) would jump at a chance to trade Duchene's contract, but I'd trade them Drouin and ask them to keep 2mil a year. I'd add parts if needed but one thing for sure-DUCHENE IS BETTER THAN KK

Retaining $2M for the length of Duchene's contract and having to take on Drouin? That's an easy pass from NSH.
