For some reason, the Anaheim and Minnesota fanbases tend to be pretty positive, especially amongst themselves. Wild guys are my favorites to have intelligent discussions with.

I think out of all the fan bases on this site, Oilers fans tend to be the harshest in my experiences. Canucks and Habs fans are close though.

Dont you think its kind of absurd that he's asking for a contract like this? Like I understand the kid was the electric factory this year for the Wild but damn, first year pro at 24 and asking for huge money. First off hats off to the kid and his agent for having the balls to do that and secondly if I were a wild fan I'd second guess this signing for the next 4 years. Like to me this comes off as a bad impression of the player and his intentions. What has he proven? He hasn't proven sustainability. I just could see a deal like this ending horribly for the Wild. Or he could go on and become the next Wayne Gretzky and be a steal of a contract lol. Idk it just seems odd that he's asking for top notch dollar while really not proving a damn thing besides 1 year under his belt
