Detroit isn’t gonna be the team to give Reilly that contract. They’ve got plenty of good LD prospects and I doubt Reilly would sign in Detroit anyways.

Why give Reilly an overpaid contract? Save the money for Hronek and Seider. And DET runs away/trades Dekeyser for sure.

Chase Pearson is our 4C currently playing for the Grand Rapid Griffins, That has to be a typo. He just signed a one year deal probably in the $850,000 range.

Vrana's hearing is in 6 days, if he's not signed before that i see him signing for 1 x $5,500,000 Yzerman wont give him a one year deal taking him to free agency if he does the Bertuzzi deal then Vrana gets a 2 x $6,500,000 next summer for 3 years Hronek will get between $4,000,000 to $4,500,000 per no thanks on DeKeyser and Rielly and Yzerman will probably seek a younger short term Goalie next summer.

I do think Detroit would pursue him in free agency. I guess they had interest in him for s Bertuzzi trade if he came with an extension. Just what I read on a couple different websites. We also don't have anything steady at LD with term he could work out.
Whether he signs a deal with Detroit or not remains to be seen though.

I do really like the idea of pursuing Trocheck in free agency. I think he's very good and very under rated. He also plays a good two way game.
