I wish Ekholm retained would come to the Oilers that cheap. I think the price would be higher.

At least a 1st instead of the 2nd in the Ekholm deal.

I'd also want Bolduc over Salo because the NSH D as a whole is on the small side and will be even smaller when they lose Ekholm. But I'd probably rather just keep Forsberg and re-sign him. If he won't sign, it's not an awful deal.

I can't see Grimaldi getting a 2nd -- maybe a 3rd, but that's probably pushing it too. 4th seems right, but with retention maybe a team bites.

However, having 8 picks in the first 3 rounds of the 2022 draft would be pretty exciting.
