This would make sense if Del Zotto was actually a good defender.

Yeah, and apparently Katie Strang is working on an in depth article about Ottawa's work culture, which will probably be the organizational equivalent of dropping a firecracker into the toilet.
Also my working theory is that the Sens seriously thought Michael Del Zotto was a different guy. The signing made absolutely no sense if they had any idea who he was.
