Buffalo won't get both Rossi and Boldy for Eichel. If we acquire him, we would be in an extremely tight situation cap-wise. That would mean playing a lot of players on their ELC-deals. Rossi and Boldy are on their ELCs... Unless you retain on Eichel you won't get both.

First Minnesota needs to see his medical files that Buffalo gm is hiding. Minnesota currently doesn't have a bad contract. Rask is free agent after the year. Zuccarello while bad contract was amazing, and isn't getting traded to make kaprizov even more mad.

Rask would def need to be included, but that doesn’t change things enough for us to include Rossi and Boldy. MIN would have no choice but to bow out if that’s the ask. We need one of those 2 ELCs.

Separately, Fiala is worth more than just a 1st. So you’re over the asking price here to begin with. 4 1sts is what Adams wants, and maybe he holds firm, but I can tell you there’s no way we pay MORE than that. If Fiala is included, he counts as a 1st +.

The thing is Rask deal end after this year, and wild has close to, if not 30 mil in cap this summer with Rask on 1year 5mil contract

Rask is a bad contract for one year only. Taking him does not help us two years down the line. What I meant with ELC-players were impact-players, not some AHL-tweeners. Just take Rossi out of the deal.
