I highly doubt STL moves Thomas. I think his potential is still very high. But they seem to be making some weird decisions lately and are apparently very high on Buch. I originally had more going to STL in this mock, but the extent to which each team budges is a big question mark.

I still don’t think a team is trading a top guy for Buch. I’m guessing a good prospect , decent roster player and 1st.

Kostin + 1st would be my guess from a value perspective, but that makes minimal sense from the rangers perspective for positional need.
