No offense but the problem with the Devils is a team with 19-26 year old players cannot be expected to be a playoff team without leadership through veterans. None of your rookies other than Hughes and Hischier will develop into anything more than bottom 6 players without role models. Your team needs better players and with your cap space, I see no reason not to sign role players ie. veteran 4th lines and top 6 free agents.
