Description
Never going to happen, super unrealistic, don't even want this to happen. Just absolute ridiculousness.

Draft
6 - Eklund / McTavish
9 - Wallstedt / Lysell
19 - Lucius / Ceulemans / Raty
21 - Raty / Rosen / Lambos
22 - Lambos / Tuomaala / Olausson
25 - Olausson / Pinelli / Force

Trade deadline
Trade glendening, Ryan, gagner, mikheyev, Leddy, Stetcher, dekeyser maybe Bernier for the right price.

I want most of my top prospects in Grand rapids, build chemistry and be part of a winning team. Detroit isn't going to be competitive this year.
Let's win they lottery!!

Johnson gets his second cup in a row, now he waives his clause and waves bye bye to Tampa. Colton will probably cost too much and needs protection anyways.

Washington needs cap space, hagelin isn't the player he once was, vanecek also is exposed. Detroit takes the cap and the goalie they lose to Seattle. Washington then either loses a depth forward or Schultz, probably not a huge loss of that's the case.

Probably over pay for vrana, I don't know a ton about kings prospects I just know those guys are decent.
Bertuzzi trade is based off alot of those from yesterday, gave myself extra value cause why not.
Eichel trade, I'm guessing to Minny, trading Parise for 4 years at 7.5M plus Rasks money that's going to cost alot, throw in Eichel and boom, those firsts are going to be late late. If they get everyone signed to term then they are good for a long while without, plus still have Rossi, I wasn't giving eichel and trading Parise with out trading boldy or rossi.

laugh laugh Dude we're not blowing it up, The team made great strides compared to the season before. The team now is a hell of a lot better then the team you just assembled here. Your Larkin trade is a royal joke noway Colorado is getting Larkin without one of Newhook/Byram being added to the deal. So we deal Hronek and Greiss to Vancouver and get back scraps. Why in the hell would we do that? Obviously you don't know Yzerman very well if we were to blow it up and we're not. We'd be getting back far better players then this. You made the roster even worse not help it.

Yeah no **** they aren't doing that, that's why I said that.
And probably right about Larkin getting back newhook. Honestly that was my original plan then I went with this for some reason lol. And this team isn't supposed to be better now, it's supposed to be worse, lottery picks for the next couple years. Not the prospect pool is insanely deep with alot of high end talent, plus a ridiculous amount of firsts in the next 3 years. Hronek trade we get 9th overall, Greiss doesn't really add any value when there are like 2 dozen free agent goalies this year. Also get a good d prospect, high end goalie prospect and a second rounder, I don't really call that scraps considering we gave up Hronek and took on 6.2M in cap.

Yeah great idea, set the rebuild back another 5+ years just when they're about to start coming out of it in the next year or two.

Yeah great idea, set the rebuild back another 5+ years just when they're about to start coming out of it in the next year or two.

Yeah, that's what blowing it up means lol

What do you call it then, Beagle no value, Eriksson, no value, Holtby trending down, Roussell no value Dipeitro smallish goalie little to no value Benning isn't surrendering the #9 pick Jet Woo is the only decent piece in the whole deal sorry but yes it's scraps. If we were to tear it apart we'd be getting back far better players then this. I trust Yzerman a lot to do right by the team.

Well the #9 pick has alot of value I would say. And he probably would if it meant dumping all that cap, and getting Hronek and Greiss. Dipietro has alot more value than you think I guess, he's a pretty good young goalie, jet woo has some nice value and a decent upside to him, wouldn't consider him a scrap, add on top of the #9 pick, woo, Dipietro (who is better than you think) and a second rounder for Hronek and 6.2M in cap when all is said and done, pretty good value. Also doesn't matter what Yzerman would do or get, I'm not Yzerman, I know Yzerman would never do this, I did this, for fun to see what it would be like.

All these trades, EVERY SINGLE ONE, is perfect...don't let anyone tell you any different. All these teams accept, and the NHL goes blind from filing paperwork from these trades!
