You do understand that it's a flat cap right? We put him on waivers gambling that nobody would grab him because of his $4.25 mil and the TDL coming up. He wasn't on waivers because he is bad. He was one of our best 3 D men this year. And again, puts up 35+ points and can be a PP specialist. There is value in that. Paul Byron was on waivers too...is he worthless?

He was bad this year. He’s been playing great in the playoffs though. You’d be lucky to get a 6th for ghost. Vatrano probably fetches a 4th he’s a 15 goal 15 assist guy.l who’s signed for half of ghost salary

He played well enough to be a top 4 D man this year. He can also play the right side which is a bonus. He is a better than Yandle as you compared.

He is. Yandle is only good for the power play. He’s a turnover machine and it’s like playing 5 on 4 when he’s on the ice and we dont have the puck. I’d rather have ghost than yandle but I’m not having both on one team.

I agree, Yandle is complete trash! He should retire and maybe the Panthers can get him to by telling him he isn't making the everyday roster.
