No way we move Ryfors this early, wont be moving Katchouk either cause he will be needed to fill a roster spot. if anyone gets moved with Johnson its either ABB, Joseph, Stephens, or a younger prospect like Fortier

I know, we just signed Ryfors but our prospect pool is very weak and I think that seattle will try to squeak out as much as they can for johnson.

I don't think TBL will get 2x 3rds for Palat. Every team knows Tampa will be desperate to unload a contract or two. Schmidt is a comparable for that, a good puck moving RHD for a 3rd last year. Also, unfortunately EDM likely on his 20 team NTC.

Palat is an expiring contract next year...... Schmidt has 4 years left at 6 mil

If you trade a European FA who just signed with you (Ryfors), he will be the last one to ever sign a contract with Brisebois.

Everyone knows that TB has cap issues and will low ball, if your drowning they throw you an anchor. All they'll likely get is a 3rd and a B- prospect.

I think McDonagh needs to get picked up by Seattle this offseason in order to make the 22-23 season possible. Point is going to be really hard to re-sign that year with his cap on the books. Palat is the guy who comes off the books that year and makes that possible. I also think that Tyler Johnson can be a buyout candidate so we can use a pick and/or player to get seattle to take 27. Johnsons buyout hit is manageable, in 22-23 it's a bit higher but it's easier that way.

Foote was horrible this year and will probably be a fringe NHLer, NEXT YEAR. Its only a 1 year deal so its not bad for either sides. Raddysh was a point-per-game player in the minors so I feel like hes a little bit more proven but you could switch the contracts around, It doesn't really matter.

Okay then, A third and Markismov for Palat.

Oilers would take that, But he's more of a D- than a B- prospect.
