doesn't make much sense for the Rangers to trade for Rackell, especially to trade a center prospect for him

Rangers don't need a rental winger. They have too many wingers as is

We shouldn’t be trading any 1st round picks during a rebuild.
    Don’t think Rangers accept
Minnesota could bite on that depending how they do next year at the TDL
I’d only sign Danault if Getzlaf retires AND Henrique is taken by Seattle
    Grant isn’t worth a second

    Sorry for nitpicking

As another Anaheim guy (like @QuackAttack), I don't think the Rangers do that even to get rid of DeAngelo. At best, the second is overkill.

I don't think that Henrique's trade value is that high, but Minnesota are looking for a #2 C.

Once you sign Danault, I don't think that Kuznetsov fits our financial structure or needs.

Grant indeed isn't worth more than a fourth.

Anthony Stolarz looks like a perfectly acceptable backup to John Gibson, at least until he proves he isn't.

Thanks for trying out our team! For a guy who isn't familiar with us, you did a pretty good job.

This trade is not realistic or reality. Henrique is a bad player with trash contract who suckered. The guy was put on waivers, & no team claimed him

How people here thinks wild will trade a 1st round pick, much less any pick for henrique is just not feasible

No, Minnesota wild won't. Adam henrique has a really bad trash contract to the point wild won't even have cap

Adam henrique is a negative asset and contract

Nobody specifically especially wild are giving up a 2022 1st round pick, or any 1st round pick for him

The first is there because Anaheim is eating half his salary, but in hindsight a 2023 1st round pick could be better for Minnesota. Henrique had a bad year but could very well bounce back, especially with a good team like the WIld and would slot in well at the #2 C position.

Wild will have zero cap room or space room after signing kaprizov, Joel Eriksson Ek, & fiala long term

    Thanks for the feedback!
I wasnt sure how much Grant was worth, but I saw the contract and guessed from there.
I agree that Kuznetsov may not fit, but I think its a worthwhile risk as long as you have picks still in the pocket, as Kuznetsov has a lot of upside as long as he gets his act together. Looking back, I think trading the Minnesota pick to Washington instead would have been smarter.
I hope this wasn't TOO terrible of a AGM team smile

They'll probably lose a player with decent cap in the expansion, and Henrique is worth the price as long as he bounces back. Then you have a 2C locked up at 3 mil for the next 3 years. They can find other ways to clear cap space, I think that take is an overreaction.

No it's not. If they lose soucy like rumored, that's only 3 million

Where is the room for Adam henrique who has a trash contract going to fit over Joel Eriksson Ek, Marco rossi, nick sturm, & nick bonino or nick bjustad

1-2c, Marco rossi, Joel Eriksson Ek
1-2c: Marco rossi, Joel Eriksson Ek
    3c: nico sturm
4c: nick bonino, or nick bjustad

    Then wild have c prospects
    Marat Khusnutdinov
    Alexander khovanov

Two 1at round pick this year

Wild aren't trading for older players, & trash contract over their young guys

No reason to rush Rossi up next year, before he is ready, and Henrique helps with that. Henrique is also flexible and could play wing. Since its 3 years at a reasonable rate they don't have to keep him around for multiple years, and if he bounces back the Wild could flip him for more. Its a good stopgap so that they don't rush up prospects. Henrique at 3 mil isn't a trash contract by any means and the 1st round pick will be late in the first round. And Henrique is only 31, o its reasonable to assume he bounces back, and isn't incredibly old. It's really not bad, and there is still reasonable out options.
