Détails additionnels:
i think this move helps Colorado a bit with their expansion list as well as their cap, but also gives them a bit more impact players. This might need to be balanced, and Fabbri will be hard for DET to let go of, but improving on defense should be a priority and moving specs isn't the way to do it

After seeing them trade mantha and seeing how fabbri is a ufa next offseason I think we all think Steve moves him. Id hope we could get graves out of Colorado with just picks but a deal like that isn't crazy.

I disagree. Since Fabbri came to Detroit he has preformed better than expected, has been fairly consistent and worked his ass off. Mantha has been kind of lazy and streaky. Have you noticed when Mantha goes on a hot streak and just when you think he is about to break out it ends abruptly with an injury or the season ends. All I'm saying is they are in 2 different situations.

Pass on that Colorado deal, Graves isn’t anything special that can’t be found in FA and Compher is overpaid. Fabbri & Stetcher at least can be flipped at the TDL if Yzerman can’t or doesn’t want them long term. I’d ask anyone why specifically they want Graves, what do you see his upside?

I wonder what % of their communications are calls and texts, I mean they're all almost all boomers so I'm guessing calls are still very much a part of it, but...

Is Dubas like 99% text?

And the boomers are all like "oh that guy" 🙄

All jokes aside, I would guess that 99% of it is still done via a phone or video call, as I doubt many GMs would want to risk a screenshot, or text history (email, messengers, or email) of those conversations.

Yeah who knows what's going to happen. He played with Bertuzzi in Juniors and they are pretty good friends. He is playing really well and producing like he at the start of his career and Yzerman brought him to Detroit. If it was a player Holland brought to Detroit I think would make a trade more likely. Just a couple of things working in Detroit's favor.
