Amirov is Leafs 2020 1st round pick, Lily is looking really good in the AHL right now and is progressing nicely (still at least a B prospect), 1st round pick this year. Dermott is still young and has a lot of potential. Kerfoot is very fast and serviceable (contract is a little steep but not horrendous for what he is). plus a 2nd round pick. This breaks down to:

Replacement forward with term
Replacement young Dman with potential
A forward prospect
B+ dman prospect
1st round pick
2nd round pick

I'm doubtful this get's it done especially with salary being retained not only for this season but as well as next. In order for Nasville to retain almost 5 mil in cap space Leafs would have to overpay a considerable amount, which I don't see them doing here. Nashville is looking for two quality prospects plus a 1st for Ekholm. I doubt they move on from Forsberg but if they do they are likely to want just as much in return as they want for Ekholm if not more.
