I will add that I think that is too much for reinhart for that term. I don't think we make that move for RNH as it blocks cozens. tad too much here and there, but fun.

I feel like Reinhart's gonna ask for $9M (just like Skinner), but they'll rest somewhere around $7.5M. Cozens is only 20, so having a mentor like RNH would do him and the team a world of good, then, in 2-3 years he can take over the 2C spot.



Definitely an overpayment. But, in order to get a solid, clutch 2C in BUF, y'all are gonna have to offer a very competitive rate and term.

Definitely would have to overpay, but do you really want to pay him that much? He is a 60 point gatherer and those type of players should not get 8.5M. He struggles to drive his own line, he’s way better on the wing. He’s good, but not that good.

Honestly, every time I've seen him play he's been clutch, and I even get the sense that he's underutilized with 97 and 29 taking center stage on the ice.
I could be wrong, but that's just my feeling; too good for 3C, but not better than 97 or 29, so he slots in on the LW.

Yes he does slot in the LW, but he’s been the 2C recently and he struggles a bit in that spot. He’s good, but he’s not really the 2C that can successfully drive a play unless he has 2 really good wingers.
