As good as Marner has been, I don't think he makes the roster. He's smart in both ends of the ice but he doesn't have the speed to keep up with McDavid and MacKinnon. If he's not in the top 6, which I doubt he would be, I don't see him fitting the role on this type of team.

Huberdeau has been lights out this year, dark horse for MVP. I can see him jumping on that top line with McDavid and MacKinnon.

& I'm really not sure about that goaltending. Price has been nothing but downhill for years and Binnington has been hot garbage since the cup win. There's just too many better goalies out there, Price maybe because of his connection to hockey Canada. But MacKenzie Blackwood or Carter Hart are better options than Binnington.

The defence is too offensive minded. I can't see Chabot and Makar making the team, the pair would get tore apart in their own end. Likely Makar makes it for being right handed over Chabot, but likely as the 7th d-man.

This is almost my exact roster...lines/extras are different but roster is almost identical. Major differences was that I had Hart as our 3rd over Blackwood and Doughty over Byram...although Doughty is interchangeable to me...just wanted another veteran. I would take a long look at Parayko or maybe Morrissey as well.

Gonna break with the consensus and say that Bergeron doesn't make the cut outright. He'll be 36 and I think the only way he makes it is if someone gets injured.

I think Tavares makes the team due to name value. I know you guys hate him with an absolute passion but he's still a quality player and Armstrong will be strung through for not having him. Couturier may be left off.

Couturier just won a Selke Trophy so I think he stays unless he plays his way off of the roster.

You might be right about Bergy. As a Bruins fan, I hate to admit it but he plays do fricken well with Crosby that that might be what gets him on there. I’d honestly consider taking him and Crosby off of it and going with a much younger, faster team.
