Description

Rielly has not been good this season. His in depth stats have been awful and he’s almost only been getting points off the powerplay. And no, it’s not his partners because Brodie has been great, but Rielly has been pretty sub-par on both ends of the ice. I think it’s time we move on especially since his contract expires soon and we can get some good value while he has a year left, he’s still good but I don’t know if he fits here anymore. We can trade him for some good top 6 winger as well as some picks/futures, which I’d argue we need more than Mo. The avs traded Barrie who was a 60 pt producer who was there forever for Kadri, and look how it worked out for them. Muzzin is a capable #1 playing with Brodie, and we can finally move up dermott and start playing sandin regularly. I love mo, but this is for the good of the team.

You do know that Brodie’s advanced stats have been worse then Reilly this year right? Can’t use stats to bash Reilly and then say Brodie has been great. I do think he is playing bad though however.

Yeah this is normal, if a player has any sort of bad stretch they should be traded (and still get full value).

Honestly I was never really all that high on him to begin with but come on, he's only 26. He's not declining yet.
