I don't see Ribeiro having an impact. He is past his prime and only an offensive player. He would be a liability

I would quit being a fan of the Avs if they made that trade. That would really suck. Jenner is going to be good, but Savard is not a solid Dman and Zads is emerging as a legit top pairing Dman this season, hes been a beast.

Avs would take steps back as a team if they did that move

are you looking just at Hero charts? Yeah that isnt true. Zads brings solid puck movement for a guy as big as he is and how well he skates for a man his size. That hero chart label are always funny.
Savard is a 2nd pairing Dman, he isn not outstanding defensively or offensively, just in the middle.

He isnt better than Barrie or EJ, so he wont be taking their spots on the Right side in the Top 4.

I love oshie, atkinson, and jenner. I would not however get rid of Duchene. Also, our defense hasn't changed? We need to desperately change our D and trading away Z for Savard, i don't think, is not the answer.
