I think it's obvious now that there won't be any OS this year. I think GMs are having a hard enough time with the pandemic/flat cap that they don't want to make the GM-life difficult for any of the 31 GMs.
Too bad, if any team deserves to be OS'd it's Tampa for sure. Although I would absolutely hate to see Sergachev in Bwawston.

I dont agree. SUre it's been tough on all of them, but their is opportunity like no other to improve your team and that's their job. Like @Csick123 said, it wouldnt take much more than 5 AAV to force Tampa into some really tough decisions
