      There won’t be any compliance buy outs and it’s going to be a flat cap for at least 2 seasons...this is just weird

      on the contrary, i think it shows with a few creative moves we would be able to make petro work at 9 mil. With the flat cap that would add about 4 mil to this so we could arguably resign grubes instead of miller as well. or go with this goalie compbo and have a bit more to get more depth up front

      No it’s weird that 2 components of the roster logic with compliance buyouts and the cap going down are just not happening and confirmed by the nhl
