the point would be to bring balance to the team a bit. You get a great 2nd line F to replace, a young soon-to-be top 4 RHD, a high end 3C, and #11OA (which would be used on Askarov who'd be the future in the crease), and the cap space for the other moves. NSH gives up some mid-tier guys for the 94 point stud.

Obviously you haven’t heard of how good Arvidsson, Fabbro, and the 11OA is lol. You’re robbing Nashville. If I was Nashville I wouldn’t do that.

What's the point in trading a player who scored 109 goal in the last 4 years, making 4x4.25,for a player who scored 83 goals in the last 4 years making 4x10.893??? And having to add Fabbro, Bonino and a 2020 1st??? Makes plenty of sense for Toronto. None for Nashville...
