Not saying anything about the deal itself just that oilers aren’t going to move nuge. He plays a big role on both special teams. He has terrific chemistry with mcdavid and Leon which provides a huge amount of flexibility. He’s also able to fill in at C if mcdavid or Leon misses time. EXTREMELY important player for the oilers.

I would hope but even so I’m not a huge fan but it’s at least fair value that way...

I’m sure the oilers would entertain the idea of moving RNH but first priority would to be resign him to extension
They would know Robertson well being a local product but we have depth at D in the prospect pool need to add at the forward position and I’m sure KRAVTSOV would be the ask and I don’t think the rangers bite on that and the rangers wouldn’t entertain the current offer without RNH approving a extension before hand.

Very under rated player equally adept at either wing or centre high hockey IQ and is extremely easy to play with
I don’t think the oilers have any interest in moving him and I’d expect a extension signed before next season starts but for the right return Edmonton would listen

I agree that I don't see Edmonton trading him but It would be the perfect trade for New York if they could get him.
