Description

I think this is the best possible scenario for the sharks because it gives them an up-grade with Haula and Smith being able to play in the Top 9. The goaltending is a gamble and we'll probably have to rely on the the fact that Jones will come back rested and refreshed. Dell is a good value back up for a cap strapped team and his .907 behind that god awful team last year speaks to his play. I think we'll see a decent team next year but for any hope to have a championship level team, SJ needs to hope for better goaltending and a return to form from EK65. If these things happen it'll be an interesting year in SJ!

Reasonable signings but this team is unlikely to do any damage without good goaltending and bounceback from vets who are paid to be stars

Not a big fan of Haula based on his advanced stats, but unfortunately for SJ there's not much of a market for centers this year.

That said, given Hertl's coming off another acl injury and Couture's getting older, I really wouldn't be surprised if DW is all-in on getting Danault to shore up the center depth.

Pretty good roster. I like some of the signings. One I would probably stay away from is Haula though. I’m not sure he’s the quite the player as advertised and he’s. Other than that and the precarious goalie situation this is solid.
