I just don't buy those stats, they seem to often make good players overrated while boosting the value of average players.

Andersen is a top 10 goalie. Hamilton is a top 10 d. The economics make sense; however, it’s a sellers market for d and a buyers market for goalies. People trading a mid round pick for Andersen are a bunch of jerks.

It's stupid and confrontational. 80% of the trades on this site are bull****. Every fan has a bias and most are heavy on here. According to Cane fans Pesce is worth Nylander and a 1st. In reality, Nylander is worth way more. Hence why Dubas has already asked for Slavin when Carolina asked about him

Fair. But this isn't about Andersen (who is coming off of a down year). Its about the flood of Leafs ACGMs that always have the trade value tipped incredibly far in their favour

There seems to be a big push towards baseball style advance stats and I just don't think that can work. Hockey is played in 5 man units or whatever the situation (PK, PP, Goalie pulled) these new stats don't seem to account for that. A guy like Pesce who is so much better because of the system and teammates in Carolina gets hailed as a god but on his own doesn't have the skill to do a whole lot. Meanwhile Rielly who is incredible shows poorly because the system he is in is high event. It's flawed.

I think with the new GM in florida probs getting ready for a rebuild, dubas should inquire on weegar. Big, physical, plays a defensive game, should not be expensive to sign and adds some bite to that blue line. Anyone goes after Rielly, or the big 4 he will drop the gloves.

Couldn’t agree more. Advanced stats are useful. But it’s only half the picture.

Leafs fans are the biggest here. Easiest to get annoyed with theirs. Especially when (I'm my experience) they have been the most ridiculous with offers on here. Followed by Montreal fans.

I also did this for the 1st OA pick a couple times so it's not as if I only see Leafs fans as guilty of this. Just the most consistent.

For the last year I have been saying jkapanen would return a first. Then just ignored the replies as I got **** on.

Johnsson and kerfoot would both return at least a 2nd. Yet I get **** on for that too.

People love to piss on leafs players. Mostly because they can’t stand leafs fans.

I come to this site for roughly 100 users.

About 15 of them are leafs fans.
