On par or a bit above Fleury. He's got potential to be a top 4 defenseman, but right now he'd struggle to make the bottom pairing.

I don't know, I'd say closer to the Drouin or Tatar lines if we're ignoring team needs in a 1 for 1 swap. Tatar maybe/probably gets a mid round pick with Lilly, but I'd put him around a mid-first in terms of pick value.
