Yup, the Canadiens do not want your only piece left for giving up O'Reilly so you could have "your savior" Eichel

Why the air quotes, him and Matthews won the same amount of playoff games this year

And he thinks Domi only gets 4 Mil and I am not sure they have the cap space for all of these moves due to the cap penalty they have pending

For a 40 point winger? Domi isn’t good at center.

He had over 70 points as a full time centre in his first year with Habs

Classic career year.
Domi’s shooting percentage in 17-18 was 6.0
In 18-19 13.0..
I doubt Montreal will get a first from him. They should have traded him last offseason.

You’ve got your positions mixed up. He’s not good on the wing.

Why would they trade their top point getter who was only 24? Moronic

Didn’t he start off as center and Nick Suzuki took over? And again in the playoffs KK was a lot better than him. I would be shocked if MTL can get a first for him, it definitely wouldn’t be from buffalo.

Oh you mean his worst season where he was recovering from a broken hand ?

And how can you seriously believe Domi doesn't get a 1st after what Kapanen got ?

Damn I forgot about Kapanen. Montreal should trade him for a winger, maybe Josh Anderson?

Idk I'm not a huge fan of Anderson's. The Domi and Danault situations are a bit weird and one will likely have a pretty big impact on the other. If Danault is dealt then Domi likely has to stay, and vice versa.

I'd personally just like to put Domi on the wing and keep Danault with Gallagher and Tatar. Despite all the negativity now, Domi is really good at getting through defenders and putting pucks in the danger areas. That's a skill I value.

I never said anything about what return he could hypothetically get. Suzuki is a better player than Domi, and that’s not a knock on Domi, since Suzuki is amazing. Ideally Domi plays centre, the only problem being that he’s currently the 4th best centre on the team. And he did play C for all but a handful of games this year, because of injuries/KK’s sophomore slump. He’s played a bit of wing since coming to Montreal, but whenever he has he’s been really bad.
