Tampa declines on that. They already traded Howden and wouldn't be taking him back in place of Cirelli. Kravtsov is nice, but doesn't do it as the main piece since RW is not a position Tampa really is in need of help at. If the trade starts with Chytil( a potential future replacement for Cirelli), Lundkvist( a good rhd prospect at a position that Tampa could use the help) or Fox(better young rhd, but most unrealistic since he wants to stay in NY and he's usually not on the table) then there could be something. Tampa wouldn't do it for pieces they really don't need and/or aren't interested in though.
