You ask COL to take a cap dump while they are a cup contender. Also Rodrigues is not remotely good enough to be a “sweetener”, not to mention you have COL giving PIT a 3rd and 4th to accept the cap dump? This whole things delusional

Question: why not just send Murray to Ottawa? They have some good prospects and picks they could be willing to give up for him. Kapanen would be nice but there should be other options for the bottom six, so why not just bypass Toronto?

Why would Ottawa buy a goalie with a year remaining, they rebuilding. The Colorado trade is baffling. There is a nugget of truth in the Toronto trade. Kap for Murray but probably not Anderson and all the rest of it involved.
