Okay, but... why? Only reason you’d trade up to 13 is for Askarov, who you don’t need. Talent drops off a little at either 11 or 12 otherwise, depending on who you ask, so 13 is just outside that.

I think Rangers wait another year with Buchnevich. Not only affordable for this year leading into his last RFA year, but gives them another stopgap year for Kakko and Kravtsov to take their next step.
