Is LD really as big of an issue as we make it seem? Chiarot is solid. Kulak is playing great next to Petry, playing like a legitimate top 4 right now. Mete is finally getting used on the 2nd PP and he is only 21 years old.

Finally Romanov will be a factor next season. Norlinder, Struble, Harris, etc. are in the system and will be NHL'rs.

Having said that I'd like the habs look to acquire a player like Sergachev via offersheet. He can play both sides, so not only would he fill a need on LD, but he could potentially replace / fill in for Weber or Petry.

Romanov - Sergachev could be MTL's future top pairing.

Drouin played RW. Domi on RW might allow him to score more goals on the rush, but I don’t think he would be well-suited there in any other situation.

Although I can’t say for sure, since he’s never played RW in the NHL.
