yeah, the lines can be played around with a lot, I'd personally rather move on from Shaw if they can over Saad. Saad is just a great all around player, does the little things good and doesn't take bad penalties.

I'm not a fan of the NJD trade. Don't really want Miles Wood. I'd prefer picks/prospects. I do like the NYR trade.

Why would we want Kreider who's 29 years old and carrying that $6.5M cap hit until he's 36 years old? I get he's still putting up good numbers but in 3 to 4 years that contract is going to become an anchor for the remaining 3 years.

Strome is worth a 1st and 3rd, Maatta is worth a 4th so essentially Hawks are giving up (2) 1st rounders (one of them is the #17 pick this year), a 3rd and a 4th for Krieder and Georgiev.....no thanks, that's borderline insane. Don't want Kreider one bit and we aren't giving up Strome that easily.
