I actually do agree that this is not enough. I was just going off trades I saw some Jets fans post; apparently they don't love Connor for some reason.

Yeah Connor scores goals and gets points. He gets a lot of points on the power play, is awful defensively, and he relied on Scheifele heavily this year. Yes he’s fast, still has potential and great hands. However, he is not as good as everyone thinks he is. Nik Ehlers is better defensively, outperforms Connor 5V5 and is way less reliant on his teammates. Pesce is a great shutdown dmen, and Terravainen is petty much a clone of Ehlers, great all over the ice

Are you crazy? If he sucked defensively, he wouldn't play PK...

All three of Ehlers, Conner, and Laine range from below average defense to bad defense. It’s one of the reasons that the Jets give up so many high danger chances.

That being said, Connor in perticular more than makes up for his defensive problems with his scoring ability. Still not worth pesce AND Terevainan though

Guy is a stud.. if u can’t see it and call yourself a jets fan I don’t know what to say .........

I like him don’t get me wrong, but I just don’t think he is like a top 10 winger or even the best player on the jets. He could always prove me wrong but at this point, I think Ehlers is the more complete hockey player
