Dallas declines. They don’t need a veteran winger clearly on the wrong end of his prime. That’s a $5.3M contract that is behind Hintz, Gurianov, Benn, and Radulov on the Winger depth chart. With guys like Jason Robertson, Nick Caamano, and Joel Kiviranta the Stars have the NHL ready prospects to fill out the winger spots both in their top-6 & in their depth spots. No need for Dallas to cough up 2 picks for a guy like Hörnqvist.

no way the pens will win another cup with this roster. Sid and malkin are getting older and they only have a couple of years left to win the cup so it was a massive salary dump. I think they can attract some free agents because they have some great talent on the team. Even though they won't be able to sign both goalies the total salry spent on both goalies 7m will be enough to get one of them and get a backup.
