I like Domi...but we need goals and size on the right side!
Mantha is a powerforward who under achieved due to multiple factors..attitude and mostly injuries
Since his grandpa (Andre Pronovost) played for Mtl I'm sure he would blossom here

I agree that Mantha is better than Domi. I wouldn't do it simply because we already have Gallagher and Caufield on the right side long term and because Domi can also play center while also being less injury prone

Detroit wouldn't do 1 for 1 Domi and Mantha, As Mantha has slightly more value then Domi. And Mantha doesn't have attitude issues he just suffered 2 broken hands and was slew footed by Jake Muzzin and suffered brokin ribs and punctured lungs.

The Talbot signing is a year too long, and the Pitlick contract is way too long for a 4th liner. Those long contracts for those types of players usually don’t work out (see: Weal, Jordan and Weise, Dale).
