More like a very early 2nd rounder or even slightly more Grzlecyk can be a very good number 4 d-man. If Seattle could pick him they should jump on him. Even as a small «f» leafs fan I have to admit he's one of the most underrated players in the league.

Thanks, I think that at the good moment he’s worth a late first, but most people here don’t look at him, and think he’s only a bottom pair, his stats don’t show is real
value, but he don’t get even power play time because he’s behind krug and Mcavoy for that time, but I’m pretty sure that on every normal team, he would hit over 35+ points with PP TIME

Tampa would be dumb to take that deal. Keep Sergachev. If i am Tampa i move our Gourde Johnson Palat . Any 3 of them if not all 4 to save cap and keep Cirelli Sergachev and who ever else they need.

Why is John Moore in a trade for Sergachev... isn't the whole point of trading Sergachev to save cap space?

Carlo and/or McAvoy would be the starting piece in a trade for Sergachev.

Sergachev also gets a lot more for 6 years. He's almost as good as Krug and only 21.

Better defensively but far from Krug offensively. This trade isn't happening so

Not that far off tbh. Give him 2 years and he'll be just as good offensively. Krug wasn't even in the NHL as Sergachev's age.

He wasn't drafted so yeah.. And no way he is as good offensively. Best-case, he can get 50 pts and is good on the PP.

I think the bruins have a couple players that have a value to the bruins that is far greater than their trade value to the league. Grzelcyk is one. Kuraly is definitely another. Doubt either one gets moved.

All those guys have trade protection, might not be possible to move them out hence the Sergachev trades on here, how do hockey fans not know this?

Palat can be traded to 20 different teams. Gourde to 22 teams. Johnson 20 teams. Killorn 16 teams. How do you not know this?

Moving Sergachev alone wouldn't save them enough cap space anyways. They need to move out at least 15 mil.

I thought Killorn was the only one with a modified NTC? Don't Gourde, Johnson and Palat all have full NMC'S?
Just moving Killorn doesn't free up enough cap space, Tampa always figures out their cap issues though so I'm sure they'll figure it out to keep Cirelli, Sergachev and Cernak though if they were to trade one I think Sergachev is likely the one traded.

No worries and sorry if I came across dickish.. lol.. yeah they aren't in a great spot especially with Johnson and Gourde, if they can convince Palat to waive they could move him without having to give assets away, he's a decent player but Gourde and Johnson I'm not convinced anyone would want them without being compensated well to take them but like I said Tampa always seems to figure out their cap issues so they'll probably figure it out this time too.

If Palat waives and Killorn is traded and Cernak, Sergachev and Cirelli take bridge deals would that fit?
But who are the teams that would want or could use Palat and Killorn and have the cap space for them?
Edmonton needs wingers but they have very little cap space, maybe Buffalo but they're likely on those twos no trade lists, idk I'm sure Tampa will figure it out but it's gonna be tough, I can see why Sergachev could possibly be traded.

    Haha all good.

The teams that need those guys are bottom feeders and ur right. Guys wont want to go there. Detroit Buffalo Edmonton not a bottom feeder but its cold as **** in the winter and why leave Tampa to go there? So you very well could be right. Its going to be tough making that all work. But again who the heck was handing out NTC like they were candy? And if you are giving them out they should have signed better deals imo.

I haven't done a deep dive into who has cap space next year and who doesn't so maybe there's some more desirable markets that these guys might waive for but do they have a want or need for these guys even if they're good players, LA and the Ducks probably have space but they're in their rebuilds, Dallas maybe? Maybe NJ wants to have another busy offseason? Idk but it won't be a "normal" offseason so maybe TB's rfa's will sign Labanc type deals to help the Lightning figure out their cap crunch, anything is possible I guess.

That was Yzerman handing out those NMC'S and NTC’S like candy but he's one of the best GM's in the league apparently.. Lol

Stevie is one hell of a GM but damn its going to suck if you have to lose Sergachev because of guys like Johnson palat gourde and killorn. They arent bad by any means but they are not a top 2-3 d man.

It could be an interesting year. Cant wait to see what happens.

Get real there's absolutely noway with a flat cap that Boston can afford to resign Krug and Sergachev. Doubt Krug takes anything less then $7 mil per season over 5-6 years Sergachev at least 6 x 6 and DeBrusk more then likely gets more. Boston has about $20 million to spend and you spend at least $13 mil of it on LD Tampa already laugh at that offer to begin with. Not even close.
